Bowen National Research is a leader in evaluating the luxury resort-marina and golf course market. As a part of a recent Port Clinton, Ohio resort-marina-golf course analysis, we surveyed nearly 100 Lake Erie marinas, with more than 16,000 boat slips. Also integral to the Port Clinton study were the survey and evaluation of 12 area golf courses. Based on our expert analysis, which included both public and private marinas and golf courses, we were able to provide insightful conclusions and forward-looking recommendations to our client.
