  USDA Section 515 Rural Development

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Section 515 provides loans to finance affordable multifamily rental housing for very low, low, and moderate income families, elderly people and persons with disabilities. Section 515 loans are made available on a competitive basis using a national Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA).

Bowen National Research has extensive knowledge of the Rural Development Section 515 multifamily rental program, and has completed a number of feasibility studies for project construction and renovation using this financing program.
